Therabimb Lifesciences Pvt Ltd focuses on complete customer satisfaction, and ensures that products or services are offered to the customers with utmost care. In the event, if you are not pleased with the services provided, you can contact our customer service department so that our abled workforce will be pleased to help you sorting out the issues. In case of a major failure in service, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
